Your Do's
- Ensure that the main features of the building are in good condition. This includes: the exterior/structure of the building, the roof, and that the boiler and electrics are functional.
- Ensure that you have the correct insurance for the use of the building (corporate letting of a HMO).
- Ensure that you have adequate safety and environmental certificates in place (e.g. Gas safety, Electrical Safety, EPC).
- Ensure that you continue to look after your mortgage, if you have one in place.
Our Do's
- We guarantee to pay you the agreed monthly rent and ensure there are no void rental periods.
- We fill the property with our professional tenants.
- We deal with all tenant issue so you don’t have to.
- We ensure all utility bills and council tax bills are paid for.
